Neuro-literacy Curriculum
The curriculum is language and culture agnostic. It provides for a continuum of neuro-literacy competency that any user can pursue throughout their lifetime – especially to improve their employability and career path as well as enrich their personal, marriage, and family well-being.
The curriculum is designed to leverage a person’s natural aptitude for literacy and build on their competence in other types of literacy so they can come to understand how their brain works and how to work it better, improving their ability to learn and grow towards their ultimate potential:
Basic Neuro-literacy Program™
Basic neuro-literacy is the ability to identify and rewire aspects of your brain's automatic responses that are impeding your performance and well-being and the ability to choose more productive responses to wire in, improving how you feel, think, and act in the moment and throughout your life.
Training time: Less than 90 minutes (five modules)
Delivery mode: Automated interactive online learning
Functional Neuro-literacy Program™
Functional neuro-literacy is the competence to use neuro-literacy-based tools and techniques to work effectively in important/challenging areas of life such as managing your personal performance and well-being, teamwork, marriage, parenting, followership, and leadership.
Training time: 21 hours (seven 60-minute modules, seven practice assignments, seven videoconference guiding sessions with a NEXT-certified Guide )

Masterful Neuro-literacy Program™
Masterful neuro-literacy is the competence to maintain a neuro-literacy empowered workstyle and lifestyle across your lifespan by integrating the use of third-party products and services designed to improve your performance or well-being.
Training time*: 14 hours (four modules totaling 180 minutes, four practice assignments/quizzes totaling 4 hours, four 60-minute group videoconference guiding sessions with a NEXT-certified Guide, 3 hours of reading)
Delivery mode:
Training: Automated interactive online learning
Guiding: online videoconference “train the trainer”
* Some organizations may choose to mock/practice before masterful trainees guide other trainees
Neuro-literacy-based Management Program™
Neuro-literacy-based management is a management system designed to complement any other management system in a business or organization, such as workflow and project management software systems, management by objectives, Six Sigma, and commitment-based management.
Training time*: 14 hours (four modules totaling 180 minutes, four practice assignments/quizzes totaling 4 hours, four 60-minute group videoconference guiding sessions with a NEXT-certified Guide, 3 hours of reading)

Basic neuro-literacy training is designed to be fully automated online and thereby made readily available to everyone at no cost after the initial exclusivity period for the Warp Speed 100 champions.
Functional and masterful neuro-literacy protocols are designed to be scaled using a for-profit software-as-a-service + train-the-trainer model, where human "guides" ensure the success of trainees similar to the current online methods used by schools and businesses with a twist – guides can be managers, teachers, coaches, trainers, therapists, counselors, and the ultimate human developers – parents. Neuro-literacy-based management will be rolled out as a discipline in organizations using a train-the-trainer model.
